Appearance:

They have a round shape with a creamy-white exterior and a bright pink interior. 

Flavor:

They have a mild, sweet, and slightly peppery flavor, making them a versatile addition to salads, pickling, or as a garnish. 

As with all radishes, we enjoy cutting them up and roasting them. Generally once roasted, they are no longer spicy like when eaten fresh.
