How it Works

Create an account to SUBSCRIBE to home deliveries every week, every two weeks, or every four weeks. Choose our produce, protein, bakery or egg subscription, or choose all four, or any combination. Review your weekly email notification for a guide on the product you will be receiving with your next order. We’ll deliver an every-changing seasonal variety of product per your order parameters. No ongoing commitment—put your account on hold or close your account at any time.

Click the SHOP NOW button above, or follow the "JOIN NOW" link under the "CSA" button on our website header. You'll be taken immediately to the order process, as follows: Select a delivery area. Shop for your preferred grocery subscriptions. Select how often you would like to receive your delivery: once a week, every two weeks, or every four weeks. Review your order confirmation email for each upcoming delivery. Check out our web store to add items to your order. Wait for your delivery to arrive at your door. home delivery

Home grocery deliveries will be dropped off to your front door within your estimated window unless you leave specific instructions otherwise.

The time your grocery order is in transit should not affect the quality of your goods; however, please make arrangements to unpack your share as soon as possible and store your goods to their preferred methods to maximize freshness and quality. Please contact the farm immediately if you have not received your order or if you find it has been damaged in transit.

account holds

You may place your account on hold by scheduling dates under the tab "Delivery Hold" within your account. A delivery hold does not move your share to another day or week, it simply defers your share until your next scheduled pick up, and your account will not be charged during your account hold. Again, account holds must be made within three days of your scheduled pick up day to allow us time to make changes to our distribution.

vacations and holidays

We will communicate any specialty holiday schedules in the weeks in advance of Thanksgiving and Christmas each year. If you are not available for pickup during due to other holidays, vacation or travel, please plan to put your account on hold.

payments

We securely accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and electronic check through our website. Your account will be charged the evening of your delivery. You will set up your preferred method of payment when you sign up. The system will then automatically charge for the subscription you received, no need to do anything. NO CASH REFUNDS. Any issues with quality of product or service will be resolved with store credit.

closing your account

You can close your account at any time with no penalty; please contact the farm when you’re ready to go.
